Lianne Pettit
Director of Pre-Closing Operations
Lianne has a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant College with a double major in Management and Marketing and a minor in Psychology. If that's not impressive enough, she cut her teeth in business by opening her own restaurant with her husband where she learned how to operate efficiently and manage a team. All of that experience has culminated in her current position at Equity National Title where she serves up smooth loan closings with a smile.
As Director of Pre-Closing Operations and a Service Team Leader before that, Lianne manages the team who serves our Title Only clients and oversees the process from Title Search through Policy Issuance. She does all this while at the same time minimizing risk for our customers and providing great customer service.
While work is fun, home is where her heart is. Lianne enjoys baking cupcakes and spending quality time with her husband, children and puppy.
