Equity held their 'Employee Appreciation Party' last night and we presented three awards: the Values Star, the Quality Star, and the Customer Success Star. Employees nominate their fellow staff members for the Quality & Customer Success stars. Tara Roche won the Quality Star, and Holly Mill won the Customer Success Star for 2022. Congrats Tara & Holly! Those nominated displayed exemplary service to our customers, and are the "best of the best" in their quality and quantity of work produced during the year.

Our leadership team picks the Value Star. Kelly Hoffman was awarded our Values Star. The Values Star is the person we feel has exemplified the core values that we have established as a company. Congrats, Kelly!
